Designed to maximize its prime waterfront footprint, the home features an elevated, open-concept reverse floor plan on the main level where the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen merge seamlessly. Step through the great room doors onto a massive upper-level deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset over the water. The private quarters are cleverly distributed for maximum privacy, including a cozy first-floor family den, a grand third-floor primary suite with bird's-eye bay views, and a dedicated kids' bunk room.

Outside, the beach is quite literally your backyard, offering calm, low-wave waters that are ideal for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the essential outdoor shower and enjoy an afternoon barbecue on the gas grill. Premium modern conveniences abound, including high-speed wireless internet, multi-level cable TVs, a home music system, and ample off-street driveway parking for up to four vehicles.

When you are ready to explore beyond the sand, the location seamlessly blends seclusion with convenience. A short bike ride or a brisk walk takes you right into historic downtown Lewes, where you can explore charming boutique shopping, fine dining, and rich maritime history.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our convenient linen rental package.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the
Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be
supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25
years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the
Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests
occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy
covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of
$2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that
will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your
initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be
automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like
to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for
details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified
funds or by credit card.
VRBO BOOKINGS:  This property is hosted by the management company noted as
owner on this site.  After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by
VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by
the management company and paid to the management company.  Once you have
booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from
the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging
Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.  Apart from damage
protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. 
Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. 
Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  My family (grandparents, adult children, young grandchildren) have been enjoying summer "beach week" together for a number of years in Lewes Beach. This house was terrific -- an ideal location right on the bay and beautifully equipped for family meals and people who like to cook and dine in.
