Updated bathrooms, new HVAC system and new mattresses and/or mattress toppers for the beds. Comfortably sleeping 6-8, this cute three level, three bedroom townhome is the perfect landing spot for your family at the Delaware Beaches. There is a 3rd fl Primary Bedroom with a Queen and Full Bed and Deck plus an En-Suite Bathroom; the 2nd floor offers a "family suite" which includes a Queen Bedroom and a Loft Bedroom with a Full Bed and a Twin Bunkbed. These 2 bedrooms share a full hall bath. Just steps from the community pool, 6 Beach Club is in rear of the small community . . . quiet and peaceful with green open space off the patio. Located on the ocean side of Route One and less than two blocks to the sand in Rehoboth-by-the-Sea area. A short walk to downtown Dewey Beach's shops and restaurants and 5 minute drive to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. All the modern conveniences provided including Wifi. Two assigned parking spaces are provided. Sorry, No PETS allowed. NO SMOKING inside or on the exterior of property. Ring doorbell at front door.
Guests pay a $175 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights and an $90.00 cleaning fee for stays 7 nights or more. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  Great family vacation, we appreciated access to the pool when the waves were rough, and had a blast playing at the sand. Kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed to cook in a bit, although we enjoyed the walks to restaurants and the breakfasts at Fifer's.

  6 Beach Club is wonderfully located if you’re happy with an 8-minute walk to the beach. Easy access to Dewey and Rehoboth as well as inland stores and outlets. The property, however, is very outdated and cluttered. Some kitchen cabinets as close to falling off. Some terrible mattresses. There are signs (“no smoking”, “please don’t put anything except toilet paper in the toilet”) throughout the property as well as ugly table clothes and furniture covers that make it feel less than welcoming. The air felt musty and humid. It’s misrepresented here as three-bedrooms: one of the bedrooms is open to a hallway and has no door, so we had to rethink our sleeping arrangements upon arrival. And someone parked in one of our reserved parking spaces during the week—I called PenFed and they suggested putting a sign on that car asking them to move. Overpriced for the quality. When booking, we thought “Maybe it won’t be that bad.” Sadly, we were wrong.

    Dear Paul, We are disappointed that you didn't have the beach experience that you desired. It is an "older beach house" for sure, not brand new or totally renovated... but the owner tries to make improvements each season... since you stayed, the HVAC system has been replaced, the bathrooms have been redone, the mattresses have all been replaced or new toppers have been added! Regarding the parking, we only rent the one unit that you stayed in and unfortunately do not have contact info for other owners. At the time a call was placed to the owner of the unit you stayed in, so they could reach out to their guests or family members. In the interim, we asked for you to put a note on the car and I believe that you were offered to leave a car in our parking area if necessary until the other car was moved or towed. We are sorry, this happened, but tried to do the best without towing the car immediately, as it probably was another visitor that inadvertently parked in your spot.   Loved this rental for family vacation. Easy walk to beach with young children on ocean side of US 1. Love watching dogs on beach morning and evening. Beach no crowded during the day. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Condo very comfortable for families.

  We had a great stay in Rehoboth! This is a great location, close to the beach, walking distance to all the bars/restaurants in Dewey. The living room seating could use an upgrade, but everything else was great!
