Other than the weather it was a good vacation! We had trouble with the televisions but Olivia from the the rental agency came and attempted to fix the on upstairs and was unsuccessful. She came several times and even called the owner but was not able to get it working.
Loved the location..close to the beach and several restaurants..

Rental on Dickinson had amazing views. Tons of different levels with low steps which helped me with my bad knees plus different spots to enjoy the beautiful rooms. Only issue we had was we were told there were 3 parking spots and the one spot had an issue but hopefully we ended up getting resolved with the traffic cops

Have stayed in this property for probably several years. Enjoy the location- within a block to beach and walkable to several restaurants. The only thing I have a complaint about is the condition of the couches in the family room- they need replaced- springs are broken in the blue couch. Also there needs to be written instructions on to operate the Roko TV ..Always have a problem with it..

What we essentially paid for with this rental was beach proximity. The condo floor plan and the state of the property were unsatisfactory. The two bedrooms on the top floor were all single beds and we had to be separate from our children two floors down on a bed that was advertised as a queen, but was definitely a double. Everywhere you needed to be was separated by a flight of stairs. The furniture was dingy, nothing was updated, and the shower curtain had mildew. The check in and check out process was smooth and the place had been cleaned. There were bare minimum necessities, several different rooms, but very disorienting. Again, being close to the beach was nice, but that was the only real positive thing about this place.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the convenience of being close to the beach and that the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. We’re sorry to hear that the layout and furnishings did not meet your expectations. Your comments are appreciated and will be shared with the property owner for consideration as we continue to make improvements. That said, this property is priced to reflect its unique location and functional space, offering families the opportunity to stay just steps from the ocean at a competitive rate for the area. We truly value your input and hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

We were very frustrated that for a long weekend get-away we had to pack our own sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap etc. Vrbo advertises themselves to be an alternative to a hotel, but it is not following its own advertising.

We have to give a shout out to all of our property experiences with Berkshire Hathaway. They take great care in making certain the properties are well maintained and clean. Never an unpleasant “surprise “ when we arrive. Property is always clean and well maintained. The response from the rental rep, Jamie Riddle at their Rehoboth Office has always been friendly, professional and eager to help. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation filled with lifelong memories. This is the second year we have rented this property. The location is great - beach is a 2 min walk. Several restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that was found unsatisfactory was the dog hair found in the one bedroom. Don't believe the cleaning company did a good job of cleaning before we got there.

The house is so conveniently located in Dewey Beach! There are 6 decks, and the one on the top level faces the ocean. You can lay in the sun, close your eyes, and listen to the waves. The queen bed in the basement is not comfortable, I suggest bringing a gel or foam mattress topper. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The furnishings are clean and do their job. It's a great house with lots of extras, like an outside shower, a washer & dryer, a clothesline for beach towels, etc. I highly recommend it!
