9 Beachcomber, 1 Swedes Street

The Beachcomber is an oceanfront building located in beautiful Dewey Beach. Unit nine is a comfortably furnished 2 BR unit, located on the side of the building with a wonderful view of the beach from the the covered deck . . . a great place to enjoy cocktails or meals! Cooking and clean-up is a snap in the full kitchen with granite counter tops and updated appliances. Additional features include: WIFI, one assigned parking spot plus 1 Dewey Beach Parking Permit and an extra half bath located in bedroom with the King sized bed. Sorry no pets or smoking allowed. Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  View was amazing. Location was ideal considering I'm lugging all the beach stuff for 5 kids. Wish the owners would get laminate flooring - with carpet its virtually impossible to get all the sand up. The bathtub drain was back up with sand - so every shower was in about 3 inches of water. But besides sand issues, parking was great. Would stay at this building again, but would prefer a place with laminate flooring.

  We were very satisfied with the rental. It's location is generally the reason for the high review. No noise, low riff raff, easy on and off beach adequate off street parking, very fair owner,all around great experiance.
