Unique property with room for the whole gang - Sleeps 14 comfortably with an unbelievable 6 designated, off-street parking spaces. Also offers: WIFI, numerous smart TVs w/ Roku for streaming, CAC, W/D, DW and Outdoor Shower. Condo is on 2nd and 3rd floor in the heart of vibrant Dewey Beach. NO Smoking Please.
Guests pay cleaning fee of $400 for every stay. Pet friendly (dogs only) with a minimum $300 non-refundable fee and addendum. Guests pay a fee of $200 for sheets and towels. Beach towels are not provided.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

  Like the location, don't like the parking, tight for large vehicles. The floors dirty and fans dusty. The appliances need update, refrigerator door shelves and oven handle kept falling off. Will really have to consider coming back next year.

  This rental is fantastic for a large group. We were two families there for a week with 6 kids under the age of 7, naps and bedtime were difficult with the surrounding noise. Besides the sleep issue with young kids we highly recommend this property! It was clean, updated and comfortable for a large group ...also close to everything Dewey has to offer!

  Great find 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom 6 parking spots on Dewey. Downside.....the owners have not been maintaining the property. We had 6 service calls to Berkshire Hathaway to fix toilets, sink faucets, shower heads and oven doors. Such a missed opportunity by these owners. Please engage in regular property maintenance

  We came together to celebrate Dewey Goes Pink to remember my sister who had passed away. We could not have asked for a better location. The place was super accommodating and extremely clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather and yet gave their own space.
