This four bedroom townhouse is located in Bermuda Sea Mist in the OCEAN block of Swedes Street in Dewey Beach. Each bedroom has its own private full bath and balcony. Rents Friday-to-Friday so you can avoid that Saturday traffic on Route One! Enjoy a view of the ocean from the front decks. Gas Grill, Wireless Internet , 5 Smart TVs for streaming and 2 parking spaces provided. No Pets and No Smoking Please. Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  Enjoyed our stay very much. Location is great! Parking is a little difficult since we have a higher vehicle but were able to use the parking pass provided. the hot tub was not clean when we arrived but only took 1 call to BHHS and was cleaned the same day.

  Great House with 4 masters was key. House was clean and kitchen well stocked. The front porch with walkway to the beach was amazing. The living room is a little tight but we made it work. Loved all the little homey touches.

  Terrific location; property is starting to look a bit run down; this is the second visit when an appliance broke down (AC in 2019 and dryer this visit). Disappointed that parking allowance reduced from 3 cars to two (albeit now with one parking permit for on street) One older guest had a hard time with the heavy balcony doors. $5000 price was a bit much for the condition of this unit.
