Breakwater House Unit D, 130 Bay Avenue *

Bayfront on Lewes Beach! This two story unit in the ever popular Breakwater House has comfortable sleeping for eight and lots of living space to spread out. Enter on the ground level where the three bedrooms are located. The first bedroom, on the right, has a Queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The second bedroom has a King bed and the third bedroom also has a King bed. There is also an enclosed sun room that is perfect for an afternoon read. The second floor has the main living area with dining space and the kitchen. Enjoy a game together or snuggle up for a rainy day movie. The front balcony is big enough to enjoy for afternoon cocktails and catching the setting sun.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  This is our second year staying in this unit and we love it. For a family with young children, the proximity to the beach is perfect. We also love being able to see the water from the living space and watch the beautiful sunsets every night. The home with its recent updates is beautiful, very comfortable, clean, and extremely spacious for our family of 6. We are very excited to come back for another year.

  This is a great place to spend a week, with easy access to the beach and lovely views from the porch. The unit has comfortable furniture and the kitchen is well stocked with everything a person could possibly need, except food, of course! And everything was clean and in good working order.
