Breakwater House Unit D, 130 Bay Avenue *

Bayfront on Lewes Beach! This two story unit in the ever popular Breakwater House has comfortable sleeping for eight and lots of living space to spread out. Enter on the ground level where the three bedrooms are located. The first bedroom, on the right, has a Queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The second bedroom has a King bed and the third bedroom also has a King bed. There is also an enclosed sun room that is perfect for an afternoon read. The second floor has the main living area with dining space and the kitchen. Enjoy a game together or snuggle up for a rainy day movie. The front balcony is big enough to enjoy for afternoon cocktails and catching the setting sun.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  This is our second year staying in this unit and we love it. For a family with young children, the proximity to the beach is perfect. We also love being able to see the water from the living space and watch the beautiful sunsets every night.   This is a great place to spend a week, with easy access to the beach and lovely views from the porch. The unit has comfortable furniture and the kitchen is well stocked with everything a person could possibly need, except food, of course! And everything was clean and in good working order.
