Great for family vacations as it is located in a mellow part of town with all Dewey Beach attractions only a short walk away. Restaurants are so close by, but if you feel like cooking in, you'll love the gas grill and well-equipped kitchen. For those who love the beaches year around, take advantage of the newly decorated porch with fabulous all-weather blinds making for a perfect setting during the shoulder and off-season! Family fun in Dewey Beach includes skim boarding, bonfires, movie nights on the beach, and the exciting amusements at the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Families can access the boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth without moving their car by walking or riding the Jolly Trolley, which picks up one block away. Dewey Beach is known as the walking resort for a reason. Everything is within walking distance: the beach and bay, the abundant fine restaurants, boating and water sports, and fabulous entertainment venues. Outdoor shower the perfect way to end a beach day! Pets allowed with a minimum $300 fee and addendum. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests pay $150 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
