  We enjoyed the house. Well furnished beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked to use. Lighting, AC, bathrooms all very nice.
  The stairs in the house were steep and slippery I did fall the second day. I would recommend some fix.

  Overall really good experience. Walking distance to everything we needed. Beach boardwalk, shopping and dining. While close to everything it was still quiet and tranquil.

  This property is well maintained with modern finishings. The kitchen has top of the line appliances. The kids nook on the second level has it's own water closet, perfect for the kiddos. Two of the downstairs bedrooms' windows face out to the back porch - be mindful of this with any light sleepers in your party. Owner allows guests to utilize garden which is a huge plus! Note that there are no beach carts, chairs, or toys at the property. Overall this is a great location that suited two families with children very well.
