This floor also has a great deck for taking in the sun. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps 10. The master bedroom, on the 2nd floor, has a King bed and en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor. One has a Queen bed while the other has a double bed plus a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath - perfect for the kids! The upper floor has a large bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. Broadkill Beach is the perfect location for a relaxed vacation with wonderful beach access for swimming, kayaking, fishing and sunbathing. The Broadkill Store, located just down the street, has sandwiches, breakfast pastries and mouthwatering milk shakes! Owner is leaving some beach chairs and sand toys for your use. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

  My family and I had a wonderful vacation at 504 Bayshore. It was perfectly situated viewing the bay and driving distance to a national wildwife refuge to go fishing, hiking and boating at. The beach on the bay was behind the home; and you could easily walk right to the beach. The house was squeaky clean and well maintained. It had beach toys for the kids, a kayak and beach chairs, etc. for the beach. The property manager was responsive to our needs in a timely fashion. Definitely a great pick for our 10 day vacation at the beach!

  We had a great time at 504 S Bayshore Drive. The house was great and accommodated all of us from seniors to teenagers. The house had plenty of ammenities and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The use of the beach toys in the shed was very generous. The beach was great with just the right amount of people. Have already signed up for next year.

  What a beautiful home - perfectly located in Broadkill, we walked to the store and the beach entrance was so very close, everything else was a short drive away (highly recommend the long Dogfish Brewery tour, well worth it!) The house was super clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and an ideal set up for our family - thank you so much for renting it out!

  This beach house was all we could ask for the week we stayed here. Beautiful home, clean, right on the beach. There were plenty of rooms and space for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Well stocked kitchen and large table for meals. We chose this house because we wanted the privacy away from the crowds, but Lewes and other towns close by for groceries and dinning out and shopping. The views were great even though there are houses close, they did not deter from the view.
