This three bedroom home is perfectly suited for your vacation needs. The comfortable furnishings and bedding will be enjoyed by all.

After a day on the beach, head down to the Broadkill store for some ice cream or an incredible milkshake!

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
This property does not accept pets.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  Our beach Rental was seem-less from the booking to check out. The House was large enough for everybody with a large kitchen and huge table we could all sit around. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. The neighborhood was very quite and easy to navigate with a mixture of friendly locals and other visitors. Now to the best part the BEACH!!!! Beautiful sand perfect sun and a extremely easy path to bring you from your back door right to the beach. Low tide was our favorite, with shallow pools of warm water that we all lounged in then the transition to high tide with slightly larger waves. Perfect beach experience for smaller children.

  We have been staying at 906 S Bayshore every August for about 15 years. House is always upgraded year to year, including furniture, kitchen appliances, decorations and carpeting. Kitchen has every pot, pan, griddle, utensil that you would need on a beach vacation, and it is all top quality. Outdoor decks are so relaxing. This is a very well-built home, and we see it as our home away from home. Owner's spare no expense in keeping this home in top condition.
