Beach Block! This adorable dog-friendly 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home is a Dewey Beach Classic. The location can't be beat, situated steps to the sand in the ocean block of Carolina Street in residential "Rehoboth By The Sea". Offers an outdoor shower, washer, dryer, central air, gas grill, several cable TVs plus 1 smart TV for streaming, off-street parking, WiFi, deck and partially fenced yard. . . all in a smoke-free environment. Available for full weeks in the summer and long weekends or weeks in the off-season. Pet permitted (small/medium breeds only) w/fee and signed addendum.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests staying under 7 nights pay a $145 cleaning fee. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  We"ve never had a bad experience in Dewey, but this was the best yet! Location was perfect. Close enough to walk everywhere but away from the noise. Home was comfortable and clean. Fenced back yard with deck is fantastic for sitting outside, especially if you have dogs. Kim at the management company was super helpful throughout all the planning.

  We had another fabulous year at 15 Carolina St!!! Location, location, location!!! It could not be more convenient to the beach and to down town. The owners take good care of the place, and keep it in top shape! I just wish it was bigger for even more of my family to enjoy! I’d take 2 if it were an option. HIGHLY recommend it!!

  15 Carolina is happily placed between Dewey and Rehoboth, giving it access to restaurants and nightlife while maintaining the calm relaxation of a space in between.
  
  The positives: the inside is clean and bright, it has all the basics needed, and lots of spaces for hanging out and visiting. Even a pull-out couch for unexpected guests. Good little backyard for morning coffee relaxation and letting the dog run around, and a great outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach.
  
  What could be improved:
  The steam shower needs new floorboards, the couches could use a steam clean, and one queen bed is ready to be replaced. The backyard: would be so much more inviting with a new deck (much of it is splintered, and rotted through by the foot washing area) and upgrade to some sweet deck furniture.

  After my husband and I visited the Dewey Beach area for a winter weekend, I looked for a place that could accommodate our family of three 20-somethings plus dog for an early break week. This was ideal. The living room layout is a little odd, and we would have appreciated a workspace setup (one of our party had to remote work). We made do in those respects, and found the house otherwise to be everything we needed and the location ideal. I called the management company for an (interior) door repair and that was handled promptly.

  Home was full of dog hair throughout. The furniture and bed had dog hair on them. The floors had balls of dog hair throughout. The refrigerator and microwave was dirty. The bathroom shower walls were dirty. The bathroom sink in the larger bathroom had dirt residue on it and the basin was dirty with previous dried up stains. Last but not least I killed a roach in one of the bedroom.
  
  We didn’t utilize the toaster, blender or other items in the kitchen because they were not clean and had residue on them.
  
  However when speaking with the Rental Agent they were very apologetic. We made the best of our stay but won’t rent this unit again.

  Loved the light and space in this little house. Nice sized well equipped kitchen, which is open to the rest of the living area. Bedrooms are spacious and beds were comfy. Fenced backyard was adequate for our pup. The only off putting thing was there was a moldy smell from under the shower floor in the main bath, other then that, the house is great.
