The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.   Great location, walk one block to bay. Great covered back deck. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, glassware and appliances. Nice to use garage for bikes, beach gear, etc. Approx 15 minute bike ride to park, 10 min to town.
  If you pay for linen service, be aware that towels are thin and sheets are not cotton. If grill runs out of propane, you are expected to get another tank yourself (reimbursed).

  The home is lovely with space for hanging out, playing games and having meals together as a family. It is very quiet, and we loved the covered back deck. We would sit there every day looking over the marsh to see many animals, especially deer and birds. I loved that everything was on one level. Even though you had to climb one set of stairs to get into the home it was ideal. When you look out of any window in the front you only saw the tops of the trees and not cars on the road. The home was very well equipped. We will be back.

  Me and my two adult children go on a week’s vacation together every year. Last year we chose Lewes as our vacation destination and enjoyed it so much we decided to return for our 2024 vacation. 2005 Cedar Street was the perfect rental in the best location. The size and layout of the home gave each of us our own private bedroom; the living room was very comfortable; but the kitchen and eating area was my favorite with lots of light and located in the back of the home that lead out to a covered deck overlooking the calming views of the marshland. It was a bit cool during our stay, so we weren’t able to enjoy the deck as much as we’d liked to have done. I would highly recommend this home to make vacation memories!
