This brand-new designer home is just a block from Lewes Beach on the beautiful Delaware Bay. Three stories tall, with an elevator, this house takes full advantage of bay and canal views with stunning sunsets from the second floor screened porch and roof deck. (Note: the elevator is available for use with a signed addendum.)

The reverse floor plan places the main living area and kitchen on the uppermost floor to best capture the views. An open layout with kitchen, dining and living allows for a great flow of family and friends for cooking, playing games, or watching a movie. This level also has a full hall bath, a back deck with a gas grill, a bedroom with a Queen sofa bed and the Primary bedroom with its own beautiful ensuite bathroom. The living room and kitchen open onto a large screened porch with a picnic table and lounge chairs.

To top it off, take the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck for some of the best views in Lewes! The lower level is the perfect area for the kids to hang out with its own living room and TV. There are three bedrooms on this floor - one with two sets of bunks and 2 others with queen-sized beds.

An additional two full baths and a laundry closet with full sized washer and dryer complete the space.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our convenient linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
