Located just before the drawbridge into Rehoboth, you are a quick bike ride or walk into town to hit the beach, shops, restaurants or boardwalk. In addition to 5 private bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, this home offers lots of outdoor space as well to read, dine or enjoy a cocktail or coffee, offering 3 decks, patio and gas grill. If you don't feel like an ocean swim, the community pool is so convenient and just steps away! Home is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 1 car garage and first floor bedroom and bath. A fabulous affordable home base for your Rehoboth Beach Vacation! NO SMOKING anywhere on the property, including decks. No Pets permitted, but owner has had a dog in the property. Guest pays $190.00 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.   stayed here previously so I was familiar. Was disappointed had no access to 1st Fl bedroom closet so unable to hang clothes. No remote for same room TV but not a TV person anyway. Agent Kim explained, upon arrival, some small repairs required and Javier finished by day 2. Overall, a good experience.

  Overall this was a decent rental experience for a week at the beach. I'd recommend this property to a friend and would come back again (depending on what properties were available at the time).
  
  The best parts: the location of the property is excellent. It's a walk to the beach - albeit a long-ish one - but for a stroll downtown and back it's perfect. The property itself has a lot of space and a good arrangement of beds. The rental rate was good for the size of the unit and the location. Community has a pool, which is always welcome. To top it off, the property manager (PenFed Realty) was top-notch... we've rented through them for decades and have always been very satisfied with their responsiveness and service.
  
  On the downside, this unit is showing some wear and could use some upkeep and a refresh. It has a keypad lock on the front door, but it wasn't working so we had to use a key. The garage door doesn't have an opener - not a big issue - but the manual latch on the door was janky. The community pool doesn't have any umbrellas and minimal shade, which isn't ideal. The unit was clean-ish... not terrible but not great either.

  We loved this place. Spacious, clean, with a nice wide open kitchen. We had a great stay. It's walkable to Rehoboth but private and set off enough to have some privacy. We even received a little welcome bag from the owners with a personalized note. Very sweet gesture.

  We arrived to find a paper back full of trash at the entrance.
  The property was not as clean as we had expected. There was dried food in the kitchen drawers. Dirt and crayon markings on the walls in the living room and on the steps leading to the third floor bedrooms. I didn’t expect to have to do a proper cleaning on the first day of vacation.
  The furniture was chipped in the primary bedroom and in the living room.
  The primary bathroom had empty water bottles in a drawer in the bathroom.
  Finally, the grill was not able to be used on the first night on account that the propane tank was empty and we could not remove it to replace. Thankfully, the management team came over quickly to asses and fix.
  The property is convenient to many of our favorite places. The pool was located right across the entrance, which was great for the children. However, there were empty beer cans and lids in and around the pool.
  We spent a significant amount of money to rent this space and were disappointed. In comparison to other properties in the area, for a few hundred dollars more we could have had a luxury space with a pool on site.
  Overall, the space needs some attention and the owners should invest on making some aesthetic changes.

  First the positive. Clean and spacious. Now the negative. 3 small tvs with only 3 channels. Furniture that looks like it’s from a thrift shop. Upstairs bed is like sleeping on a board. 3 coffee makers and only 2 mugs. AC for top 2 floors didn’t work for 2.5 days and it was 79 degrees and unbearable to sleep. Several guests had to sleep on couches until it was fixed and owner/agent refused any type of refund for the inconvenience. Also handle on garage door is broken and unable to open, and gas for grill was empty. Last 2 issues were told to agent the next day but never taken care of, and AC issues taken care of 2 days later.
