The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.   This rental experience was seamless. From the easy and welcoming check in to check out. I can’t say enough good things about this house! It was so clean, spacious and beautiful. From the kitchen to games, pool floats, beach chairs and bikes it was fully stocked! It was such a great location and the pool was an added bonus (especially because it was so hot and humid). I would definitely stay here again!

  19862 Church is a cheerful and comfortable house for large groups. Everything is well-maintained and we appreciated the game closet and extra beach chairs.   Our stay was great. Plenty of room for 9 people. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The garage had a lot of bikes and beach chairs which was awesome! Location was great and close to shops, bike trails and the farmers market in Tuesday.

  The location is great, my family has stayed in this gated community for the past 4 years but first time in this house. The house itself is fine, but the beds (all of them) are terribly uncomfortable and the floors throughout the house were noticeably dirty/sticky. Also, the house doesn't have a grill, which was disappointing.
