19878 Church Street, in Edgewater Park, is located just off Rehoboth Avenue Extended, less than a mile to the downtown area of Rehoboth's beach and boardwalk. Offering five bedrooms, this multi-level unit is spacious enough for the entire family. Community Pool and Wireless Internet access, too! Two parking spaces provided. This unit rents from Sunday to Sunday. Guest pays $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sorry no pets. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  Excellent check-in process. Friendly staff. TV Cable box went down mid-week much to the Grand kids disgust. Could not get it fixed before the end of the rental.

  Except for all the stairs - it would have been perfect if the townhome had an elevator. We (9 of my high school girlfriends) had a lovely time. The rental was well equipped and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown Rehoboth! We moved from a nice, but very noisy, condo in Dewey, so we enjoyed the quiet. Since we were there in April, we can’t comment on the amenities. We did love the ease of parking since there were very few people there. We look forward to returning next year!

  The Condo was exceptionally clean. The living area was well laid out. The garage was full of the owner's things which precluded us from storing beach gear there.
