The community amenities include a large pool, tennis courts, walking paths and outdoor areas. There are also some restaurants in the community! Just a short drive to the beach and downtown Lewes or bring your bike and hop on the bike trail.

Featuring two separate living rooms, this property offers abundant space for everyone, whether you're hosting large gatherings or seeking a quiet retreat. Privacy is paramount, with two of the five generous bedrooms boasting their own dedicated en suite bathrooms. The third-floor suite features a relaxing jacuzzi tub—the perfect amenity for unwinding after a day of fun. This meticulously appointed townhome combines generous proportions with premium features, making it an ideal choice for your home away from home.

This property does not allow pets.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  Unit was very clean. The location is by far the best unit available in the entire complex.
  The rental agent was very friendly and helpful. I even got a chance to meet the owner who was also very friendly.
  I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice place at the beach without dealing with the nightmare of driving into Rehoboth.
  The only downside is that the pool is only open until 8:00 PM

  This was our second time staying at this townhome and we enjoyed it very much both times. The property was extremely clean. We loved having the pickleball courts right across the street. It is close to the Weis grocery store. The kitchen is great as well with plenty of pots, pans, glassware, and appliances. We would recommend this property!

  The location is great,located right across from pickleblal courts and swimming pool! The house is decorated nicely without being cluttered and worried about breaking things. Spacious and comfortable rooms, but I will note the 5th bedroom with the daybed is actually just a cove in the 3rd floor master suite so there is no door on it. Overall very happy with the layout and space this unit has to offer! For reference we had 4 adults, 2 little kids and 1 teenager in our group and this allowed everyone to spread out and have their own space which was nice.

  Had a great week. This was a great location being close to the pool. Many places to eat close by which means you don’t get caught in that parking lot of traffic in Rehoboth. The one thing that would be helpful is if PenFed would make an arrangement where tenants could pick up a pool fob to get into the pool when they arrive and then check in whenever their unit is ready. As it is now, you lose the day you arrive since you can’t check in until 3:00 and you lose the day you leave since you have to checkout by 10:00
