We came for a family vacation including 2 young children and a baby. The location of this home made it so easy. Beach access right outside the door. Nice yard for the kids to play and for outside games. Also, the kitchen has all you will need. Would totally go back!!

Our family has stayed at 12 Chesapeake three times now and hope we can continue to stay at this treasure for years to come. The home is beautifully maintained,dog-friendly (a deal breaker for us and our pampered pets), steps from beach access and the lovely yard and front porch are perfect. We prefer the quiet of Dewey Beach but being just minutes from Rehoboth gives us the perfect combination of rest and activities. I wouldn't change a thing about this rental, it is perfection 💖

Perfect place for a beach getaway. The house is adorable and perfect for a small family and their dog. We love the location, as it is situated within a short walk to restaurants and night life in Dewey Beach as well as the Board Walk in Rehoboth. The beach is literally just outside the door. We rent this place for our anniversary weekend and it's something we look forward to every year.

Location was ideal - just 20 steps to the beach. We saw dolphin pods playing right off the beach in the early morning. Was wonderful. House was cozy (bedrooms were small) and decor could use some refreshing, but very comfortable and had everything we needed for a four day stay with our pup. The outdoor porch would be lovely in the summer. We would stay again.

We had a very positive experience at this property. The home is very comfortable and was the perfect place for a week get away with our beagle for Thanksgiving. And just steps away from the beach and an easy walk to downtown Rehoboth. We liked it so much that we hope to come back for Halloween parade week. I had to do some work and the internet connection was 100 percent reliable.
