Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

  This home is truly set up for large multi- generational families. Generous living space in a great room layout means we can be together even when doing different activities. The kitchen is open to the dining and living spaces so the cool doesn’t get left out! The open second floor with beds and a huge comfy sofa gives a place for the teens and tweens to call their own. The game room... simply amazing. We had a few rainy days at the start of our stay and the game room was a haven where or tween organized a tournament! This is the only house we have ever stayed in that has enough dining space for the beds!! How wonderful to all eat at the same table. We love this special spot and plan to return as long as we can!

  This house is amazing. Perfect for larger or multi-family vacations. The layout of the home provides private bedrooms, each with King Beds and beautiful views. There is no undesirable room. Our son loves sleeping in the crow's nest on the top floor. Walk out decks abound. Dave and Lisa are premier hosts, always available and responsive and eager to ensure each renter experiences a perfect vacation. They have taken extra measures throughout the home to provide a home away from home feeling. Amenities abound including access to an amazing game room. Concrete walkway to the beach is extremely useful and makes the few steps out your door to the beach even more convenient when transporting beach equipment. We have looked for 8 seasons for the perfect home to re-rent year after year and we finally found it here.

  This home is beautiful! The sunset views from the front porch to the sunrise views from the numerous back decks are amazing. The view of the water from everywhere in the house is outstanding. The home is super clean and full of amenities. There is a fabulous game room for all ages. Inside there is plenty of games, books and puzzles to keep you busy when you’re not outside enjoying the beautiful uncrowded beach. The home also provided beach toys and boogie boards. The home is large with a lot of bedrooms and plenty of beds for a large gathering. When we stayed here, it was super quiet and hardly nobody on the beach. The drive to shopping and attractions is about 15-30 minutes. We were able to easily travel to rehobooth beach and the Lewis cape May ferry. Overall if your looking for a large home with great views and a semi- private beach we highly recommend this place!!!

  FROM THE STUNNING SUNRISE TO THE 6:15PM FAMILY FRONT PORCH TIME FOR THE AMAZING SUNSETS... THIS HOUSE CHECKS ALL THE BOXES. The elevator worked perfectly for our elderly family - plus it was a great help in loading and unloading our stuff. There were so many places to hideaway and read, talk, paint ... you name it.   We have been renting houses in at the Delaware shore for more than 10 years.This is hands down the best house we have rented. It's the ONLY house we've rented that has dining space to match the sleeping space! We've never had our entire family at one table at the same time before - it was a real treat. The house itself is set up very well for extended families with plenty of space to spread out, and to be together. The game room sent our little boys into Nirvana. We visited in winter, so spent more time inside than you would in summer, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and have great furnishings. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking and serving dishes and utensils. The views are amazing and it is literally steps to the beach. The owner and Realtor were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will be back, for certain.

  We spent a few nights here in November with my in-laws and loved it! Bedrooms on the main floor allow older folks more convenience and comfort; upstairs rooms gave everyone some privacy. The home is more "homey" than the listing may lead you to believe...and the sunsets and sunrises on the front and back of the house are unbelievable! There is an elevator - get the code before you check in or you can't use it to load your luggage into the house! Helpful handwritten notes from owners made the place feel more personal.

  This is a nice house for a large gathering. The common area had plenty of seating and a wonderful view of the bay. The kitchen was well equipped with just about anything you would need. The upstairs hang out/bedroom was great with a large space for kids/teens to hang out.
  The major drawback to the house was that the furniture was very musty and even felt damp. The game room was also very musty. We could not play with the air hockey machine because the smell was too overpowering. One recommendation is that the house be equipped with a whole house dehumidifier. This is the fourth house at Prime Hook Beach that we have rented right on the beach, and we have not had this issue with any of the other houses.
