This new construction end unit townhome in the Marina Bay community of the Peninsula is bright and airy with an open floor plan. The first floor with the main living room (with a 65 inch flat-screen TV), dining and kitchen also has a half bath. You will all find a first floor master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The second floor has a large family room with an additional TV for relaxing. There are another three bedrooms on this floor two of which share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The sleeping for the townhome totals ten with an additional sleeper sofa. Off of the living room on the first floor you will find a paved patio with outdoor furniture for relaxation that overlooks a pond. The Peninsula boasts an array of first class amenities including three pools (a family wave pool, an adult-only infinity pool and an indoor pool for all). Tennis courts, a fully equipped gym and available spa facilities are just a short walk from your unit. In addition, there are miles of biking and hiking trails, a private sandy bay beach and a fishing pier. All of this within a short drive to Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey beaches.
Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
This property does not allow pets.
Peninsula rules allow for 3 cars maximum.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
