Captiva Sands is a condominium complex located just outside the entrance to Rehoboth Beach, less than two miles to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth. Unit 4103 is a bright, cheerful unit located on the first floor with a pond view, with access to three community swimming pools and a tennis court. Sleeping 6 with a Queen, 2 Twins and a Sleeper Sofa, this condo is the perfect spot for your Rehoboth Beach Get-A-Way! Also offers a screened porch, 2 Smart TVs with basic cable, Wireless Internet and two parking spaces. Walk to the Big Fish Grill or Arena's for lunch or dinner or take a short drive to Outlet Shopping, movies and water slide sports complex. No smoking and No pets. Guests pay a $100 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  We had a great stay! Condo is very clean, well stocked, pleasant and cheerful. We enjoyed the pool a few steps away and the small screened in porch looking over water feature. Short drive to boardwalk, restaurants and beach. Would love to stay here again.

  Everything was great except the sofa was old and it wasn't too supportive. The electric stove wasn't what we liked but we understood that is what it was. The washer/dryer was amazing to have. The deck was excellent to sit and enjoy quiet and coffee. I didn't think it was necessary to send an email in the morning before departure to go over departure rules and instructions, could've waited until the afternoon. People staying at location were wonderful, kind. Dumpsters were kind of nasty however understood it is garbage. I wish location closer to the beach, wasn't walkable. I would definitely come back again. We gave it a 9 out of 10.

  Great location close to the beach and stores. Very quiet place and nice pool and clean. Only issue we had is there was a lot of glass decorations and having 2 little ones we had to put away the glass stuff and put it back after our stay so we knew nothing was going to happen to it. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Definitely would recommend this place if you are looking to stay close to the beach and want a clean friendly environment.
