Lovely three bedroom townhouse with sleeping for eight. First floor living, kitchen and dining with access to an enclosed rear porch. Located in the ever popular Plantations with community tennis (fee required). Just a short drive to beaches. This home features wireless internet, upgraded cable and free long distance in the United States. This property is available with a three night minimum all year long.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property is NOT pet friendly

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

  This property was located on a circle with numerous family members, so perfect for us. Due to a car emergency it was necessary for us to extend our stay....both owners and Realty company flexible and accommodating. We are hoping to rent this unit again next year! Grateful for the owners.

  The property fit our needs and was very well stocked. 3 Crane, had 3 issues: First, was that there is nowhere to sit outdoors unless you sit in the garage / driveway. The front porch only had room for 1 chair and there is nowhere to sit outback as there is no patio or deck. I assume this is due to the HOA. Second issue was that the house upon entry smelled for the first 24 hours of rotten trash since you must place the trash bin inside the garage upon leaving if its not a trash pickup day. Third, we inquired regarding the pool for the complex upon renting the property, we were advised there was a pool available for an additional fee but we were never notified that the place where the pool is had a fire back in January. This was only disclosed to us when we went to pay the fee for passes closer to our rental time, that is when we found out and it was too late to cancel and find another rental. Most families would need access to a pool in July when it's 90+ degrees out. Managing company should be upfront when something affects the stay at the property location.
