(They back up to each other and can share open space!) Renovated kitchen and bathrooms, new windows and comfortable stylish decor make this the perfect home base for your Rehoboth Beach adventure. The beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants are steps away! Staying in? Whip up a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoy a crab feast on the rear patio, or play games, enjoy cocktails or just hang out in the new spacious screened porch and deck above! There is also a rear patio for dining. Owner also provides 5 Adult and 3 Children bikes! (shared with 55 Philadelphia, quantity and quality not guaranteed) A/C is a combination central A/C upstairs and a portable A/C unit in the basement. NO smoking or pets, but owners have had a dog in the home. Guests pay a $210 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.   Check-in was fast and easy at the real estate office. (We saw long lines of people waiting at other offices in town, so we were glad for this.)
  Parking at the beach house was difficult to figure out and tight. Two of the 3 available parking spaces were on the street behind the house beyond the yard, and you had to be very good at parallel parking to get into them. The parking in front of the house is all metered, and we saw many people get tickets along there. We were able to quickly unpack in this location, however, cause it was closest for getting into the house.
  This property had many positive features. The first floor was perfect for one or more families. There was a nice-sized living area with lots of comfy furniture and a large TV with plenty of viewing options. There was a large table for dining, and the kitchen was easy to work in. (The ice maker did not dispense ice, and we had to get used to no garbage disposal, but everything else worked.) The screened in porch, the half bath, the patio, the small yard, and the outside shower were all great.
  Only one sm. bathroom for 4 bedrooms upstairs was not perfect, but we made it work. The bedrooms upstairs were "beachy" comfortable like you would find in a cozy old house.
  The real disappointment was the bedroom & bath in the basement. It looked MUCH better in the pictures. A noisy dehumidifier and an air conditioning system that ran a big vent out the window were unexpected. You could only get Netflix movies on the TV. You had to walk through an unfinished basement area to reach the bathroom. One of the end table lights was completely broken and unusable. Teens would work best down there.
  The house was not cleaned well before we arrived. It had big, grimy smears and handprints on the many glass doors. There was also a light layer of dust in the basement bedroom, but when we reported this, the realtor offered to have the cleaning people come back.

  Parking difficult multiple days due to cleaners in driveway and on 2 days worker for apt parked in driveway and blocking street spot. Basement bathroom dirty and broken light. Light reported but never fixed during stay. Refrigerator ice cube maker not working. Would recommend garbage disposal for property

  The rental was dirty when we arrived; Hair in the drain tub, dirty bathrooms, things left behind from previous renters, sand on the floor, handprints all over the glass doors, etc. Not sure what the cleaning fee covers if it’s not clean. Other than that that location was nice, close to the beach.

  Disappointing to say the least. House listed as 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a screened in porch with central A/C. Basement bedroom did not have any air ventilation. Very humid and musty with just over 6’ ceiling. The porch was not screened-in, it was enclosed with windows that did not open which made it unusable in the afternoons. The roof leaked in the porch during rain storm. The rest of the house was great. Great location. The house was not vacuumed or adequately cleaned between guests.

  Overall we had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable and very clean.
  
  There are a few things I think need to be addressed regarding condition of the property. There was a strong odor in the washing machine. It desperately needs to be cleaned and the door needs to be left open when not in use. Additionally, several drawers in the refrigerator need to be replaced and the sunroom windows either need to be replaced or fixed so they are easier to open.
  
  There isn't anywhere to store bikes and beach equipment other than the porch so that made the porch fairly crowded and although we loved the yard area we did miss having a clothes line to hang up towels and bathing suits.

  Great location but pictures are deceptive. Downstairs bedroom suite is horrible, hot and very musty smelling, dehumidifier runs continuously and needs to be emptied by renter. Shared back porch is ackward when someone else is renting back apt, No privacy in kitchen as no blinds on patio doors. We rented in mid October and upstairs bedrooms could not be cooled. One small bathroom upstairs for 4 bedrooms, without an outlet. Payed cleaning fee and bathrooms were not cleaned. Would not rent this property again.
