Large home in the Conservancy community of The Peninsula. The main house has four bedrooms with sleeping for ten. An additional bedroom, located over the garage with an outside entrance, has a fifth bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. The large open living space makes for a great entertaining area with an adjacent kitchen for food preparation. An additional game area will be a family favorite.

A close bike ride or drive to the Lakeside Village where all of the amenities are located - indoor/outdoor pool, wave pool, restaurant, fitness center, spa, tennis, and golf.

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

    House is huge with vaulted ceilings. Kids running and jumping on 2nd floor is very loud; the house itself seemed loud inside. Parking, owner requests not parking in garage. The garage is side entry on the right side of house. We parked 3 cars single flie; the house to the right also has side entry garage on the left side, so they kind of face each other with a small area between them. That house had 3 or four cars stacked in the driveway when we arrived. Also, not allowed street parking.

    The main TV in the Family Room was not functional; all sorts of problems, couldn't get fixed. Connections kept cutting in and out, and audio from different inputs overlapping; something to do with the wiring we were told. TV in MBR worked and upstairs but only 1 chair in the room.
    But most importantly on 2nd day we smelled gas. Called the emergency line and inspector came. Found a small leak, could sleep in house overnight but need to move in AM. Realtor was very helpful and set us up to be moved to another property that day. Very nice home altogether, only problem was new construction area and house next door was under construction! The relocation home was $900 higher but the owner of the 1st home paid it. Thank you for that!
