5B Dewey Villa is a multi-level unit in Dewey Beach. Hear the Atlantic from two front decks, while enjoying your morning coffee, a meal, or cocktails at sunset. Two decks and two balconies offer ocean views, bay views and pool views. Enjoy your days at our salt-water pool, or take a few steps to our beautiful beach. Dine at Two Seas or Nalu and you still haven't left the block. Cross the street for water sports, sublime views at tasty restaurants with raw bars and fresh seafood. Enjoy the open air decks and live island music at the local bars that overlook the bay. Children can play endlessly at the bay beach while you unwind. Nicely decorated with granite counter tops, ceramic tile floors, bleached wood floors, flat screen TVs, your own Wireless Internet access, iPod docking stations, new appliances and original artwork in all the rooms. Coffee Connoisseur? There's an espresso maker, Keurig & Drip coffeemaker! Have a rainy day? Stream your favorite shows from the 4 smart TVs... all with Roku! (Sorry, no cable) Two parking spaces behind the building provided. Guest pay $175.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent. No pets please.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS:  This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site.  After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.  Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.  Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.  Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED.  Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  COme to Dewey Beach every year in September..This was the 1st year we have stayed at this condo..very pleasant vacation- There were only 4 of us this year and size was good- everything was as description stated..only this was electrical outlets were few.. light switches were confusing..

  Tight parking behind the rental. A little outdated interior. Need a better cleaning plan. Air filter in unit needs to be changed Not our best rental

  My agent, Kim Rebman is great but this is the first time in decades that I have been unhappy with my rental in Dewey. It's location was the only thing going for it.
  First of all, we were told at check-in to avoid using the kitchen sink, the owner was waiting for a part. We had to do with out the sink for the whole stay. If we dare use the sink we were told to empty pan underneath. We had to go to the bathroom when we needed water for coffee... We could not even think of preparing a meal there. We went out or ordered in.
  In addition, the place was not very clean. There were socks, empty water bottle and Chapsticks under the beds. There was a prescription med bottle in a dresser drawer. I could go on.
