This three bedroom townhome in the popular Villages of Five Points is in the perfect location for your vacation. With easy access to community pool, tennis and outdoor areas, you may never want to leave! But it's also a close drive to the beach and downtown Lewes. The first floor features an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. Use the large kitchen island to set up a cooking making station or maybe use it to play some board games. Gathering in this area will be exactly what you need to re-connect and enjoy time with friends and family. The second floor has a large master bedroom with a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on this floor share a full bathroom. Laundry is up here too for easy access. There is a large balcony on the front of the unit with community views. Or hang out on the back patio with comfortable furniture.

Friday to Friday Rental

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Friday to Friday rental

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

    The location is amazing as the pool and tennis courts are right across the street from the enclosed patio! The first floor layout is completely open with a huge island for cooking. The enclosed patio was nice as well, especially to let the kids play or have swimsuits dry. I appreciated that it was nicely decorated but not overflowing with stuff and knick knacks as we had little kids that we would have had to move a lot of that so it wouldn’t get broken. The property was well cleaned and organized upon our arrival.

    The only downside to the property was the beds. The master bedroom could have easily fit a king in it and it would have been nice to have a queen in the second bedroom instead of a double. The third bedroom states it has a twin and a futon, but the futon mattress is worthless and the frame is bent. We ended up putting the 3 year old on that and honestly it was barely fit for him to sleep on. It would be great if they upgraded that to either 2 twin beds or a bunk bed. I would not advise booking this property if you need someone to sleep on the futon. Also the beds have waterproof mattress protectors on them that made them sleep very warm and are fairly noisy.

    Overall a great property, (location and first floors were amazing) but better suited for 5 people unless the futon issue gets fixed.

    PROS: GREAT location, very clean, responsive property management/ owner; CONS: tv options aren’t great (there was streaming but I couldn’t figure out how to login to my own accounts), furniture was fine but would be great to have a king bed in the master; OVERALL: a great property with large common/ living area, well appointed kitchen and convenient proximity to everything.

    Pet friendly townhouse in a very safe and family friendly neighborhood. Close to the quant town of Lewes which has lots of great restaurants and near the clean beaches of Cape Henlopen State Park. Swimming pool is only a few feet away from this townhouse. Grocery store and restaurants located in the townhouse complex. Very convenient.
    Property was clean and spacious.
