Perfectly located in the 2nd Ocean Block, the Gerar Place Condominiums grace the corner of Olive and Maryland Avenues in North Rehoboth. Steps away from quaint Navigator's Park and Gerar Lake and a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Unit 404 is a 2 BR, one level unit on the fourth floor and offers the convenience of an elevator. The building offers a coin-operated laundry room on the first floor and an open outdoor shower; the unit offers Wi-Fi and 1 assigned parking space with height limit of 81". Owner provides 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits. No Smoking or Pets please. Guest pays a $100 cleaning fee for every stay.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  We did not particularly care for the condo experience, too small, and we didn’t like having no windows on one end of the property. We didn’t find the furniture much to our liking either, the covering on the sofa and chair was rough and pilling. Felt like you were sitting on sand. The shower needed a grab bar and lighting, the whole overall experience was not to our liking.

  We arrived and were given an envelope with keys etc., and were on our own. We got to the property and it smelled of cooking, grease and oil that the top was covered with. The oven also had a small pool of oil in the aluminum pan at the bottom. We spent considerable time cleaning, vacuuming and ensuring the place was clean, certainly it was cleaner when we left. The apartment is a good size with 2 bedrooms and 1 large shower with two adjoining each side with a toilet and sink. Once there and exploring around we discovered other better options (Hotel/Motel) that cost less and offered more (Breakfast, Cocktails in the evening... Start early and do some investigating.

  We have been staying at this condo for at least 7 years in a row every June and just love the location and accommodations. Neighbors are very friendly. Bathrooms are updated and there is plenty of room.
