At the center of the home is a fully transformed, light-filled kitchen, expertly updated with sleek granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, and brand-new appliances. Designed with coastal entertaining in mind, the open-concept layout flows smoothly into the living and dining areas, making meal preparation a joyful group event. Whether you are brewing morning coffee before hitting the sand, preparing a quick lunch between beach trips, or cooking a seafood feast for the whole crew, this upgraded space is built to handle gatherings of any scale.

Thoughtfully tailored for multi-generational family vacations, the versatile floor plan offers the perfect balance of shared space and quiet privacy. The main upper level hosts light-flooded living areas alongside peaceful sleeping quarters, allowing grandparents to relax with ease. Downstairs, a secondary family room serves as an ideal retreat for kids and teens to watch TV, play board games, or unwind after a day in the sun, giving everyone in the group their own space to recharge.

Beyond the front door, the home’s outdoor amenities and premier community perks round out the experience. Enjoy tranquil afternoons sipping drinks on the screened porch, sunbathing on the open deck, or rinsing off in the private outdoor shower. Vacationers also gain access to Cape Shores' top-tier community facilities, including a large outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a private fishing pier—ensuring every member of the family finds their own piece of paradise.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

The property does not accept pets.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  This was a great location for walking to the bay beach and the pool and an easy bike ride/car ride to Cape Henlopen. Our extended family loved it! It was very comfortable and the perfect layout for our adult children and grandchildren downstairs with a sitting area and giant TV while we, the grandparents could stay upstairs in a more quiet area. We especially liked the upstairs kitchen, eating area, sitting area arrangement along with the screened-in porch for us all to congregate and hangout.

  We had a great time. Of course, great weather contributed to our happiness. This home was recently renovated, and we thoroughly enjoyed the new conveniences. Our primary en suite bathe was completely renovated. The walk in shower was a great improvement over the previous tub. Grab bars made the showering experience quite pleasant. Also, the kitchen was completely remodeled providing us with great new facilities. In addition, there were super duper extension cords/charging stations throughout the house. They were really convenient. New floors, new carpets, new furniture, new shower stalls, new windows...I could go on. Needless to say, we were greatly satisfied.

  We love Lewes. We have stayed in this same house for 13 years. It’s a good house that is starting to show its age. Floor tiles popping up. Safety updates which have not been made. Kitchen supplies have been wanting. This house is convenient, but leaves much to be desired.
