All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  The rental property wasn’t how I expected a seasonal rental to be like in reference to the owner leaving a lot of her personal furnishings and decorations in the unit. I live in FL and it wasn’t easy to see all the rooms in close detail by just viewing photos. Also several repairs were never made when I asked to have them done and the unit wasn’t totally cleaned. This unit is one that you definitely need to see personally to make sure it suits your taste in style and decor especially if you rent for the season.

    Thank you for your feedback. All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished. Some may be more cluttered than others. We understand that it's not convenient for everyone to be able to see the property first, which is why there are many photos on our site and we try to keep them updated.

  WE had stayed in this upstairs unit several times in the past few years without an issue. However, there were two unfortunate issues this year. A lamp table was broken and a chair in the living room had the stuffing leaking out from a rip. The owners refused to fix them. Finally they agreed to provide a cheap throw cover for the chair. While we have never had any issues with noise in the past, the party downstairs felt that we were to loud, especially with "heavy walking". This reached the point where they would bang with a broom on the ceiling! We actually stayed out of the unit several nights because of the unpleasant (and somewhat scary) situation.
