This spacious home is located on a quiet street just 3 blocks to the beach in Bethany. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the town park which includes a basketball court and a children's playground. | Ground level: Entrance foyer, enclosed and lighted outside shower, covered parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for 2 more. | Mid Level: Open living room with cathedral ceiling, dining room with seating for 10 and kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 2 and a screened porch on the front of the house. There is a Queen Master Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom and a Bedroom with Pyramid bunk (double on bottom and single on top). | Top Level: Open loft area with TV and access to front deck. Queen Master Bedroom with TV, 2 Queen Bedrooms with a shared bath. Guests pay a $210 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. No Pets, No Smoking. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  The property is fantastic and is extremely close to the Main Street, as well as the ocean. It has just the right amount of space and has all the amenities you need. The floor plan is ideal for mutiple families, if need be as well.

  Great weeks' vacation in Bethany Beach. This house is just the right size for our whole family (kids and grandkids). It's at a great location. The home is very nice, and they are making improvements each year. Already looking forward to next year.

  This house was amazing. The location was great. It had plenty of parking for the whole family. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals if you want to eat in. There are lots of great restaurants for eating out. There were good mini golf courses nearby and a park. We really love the house and its location to everything.

  My had a great time on our vacation. This house was big enough for all 12 of us. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Great location just 3 blocks from the beach. It was well furnished with comfortable furniture. This was our 3rd year and hope to have many more at this location.

  We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. With 5 adults and 2 young children, we had more than enough room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and the screened porch was awesome for rainy puzzle days. We will definitely be back!
