This spacious home is located on a quiet street just 3 blocks to the beach in Bethany. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the town park which includes a basketball court and a children's playground. | Ground level: Entrance foyer, enclosed and lighted outside shower, covered parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for 2 more. | Mid Level: Open living room with cathedral ceiling, dining room with seating for 10 and kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 2 and a screened porch on the front of the house. There is a Queen Master Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom and a Bedroom with Pyramid bunk (double on bottom and single on top). | Top Level: Open loft area with TV and access to front deck. Queen Master Bedroom with TV, 2 Queen Bedrooms with a shared bath. Guests pay a $210 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. No Pets, No Smoking. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS:  This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site.  After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.  Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.  Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.  Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED.  Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  This house was amazing. The location was great. It had plenty of parking for the whole family. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals if you want to eat in. There are lots of great restaurants for eating out. There were good mini golf courses nearby and a park. We really love the house and its location to everything.
