Located on one of the beautiful lakes at the Peninsula there are balconies and porches on every level to lounge around and enjoy the wondrous views. Grand entrance staircase leading to the Great Room. Three Story open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. Main level has a huge Great Room with floor to ceiling windows bringing the outside into the inside of this gorgeous home.

Brand new furnishings throughout the home, Great Room fireplace, separate dining room and main level king master with private master bath, Jacuzzi and separate shower, Large walk-in closet. Large Laundry Room and computer room with FIOS high speed internet next to the kitchen. Four huge bright and airy bedrooms on this level, Two bedrooms overlooking the lake have queen sleigh beds and share a Jack n Jill bath. The two front bedrooms have twin beds sharing a second Jack n Jill bath. There is another lovely staircase leading to the lower level with huge family room with leather sectional furniture and a large screen HDTV with Verizon FIOS service, 2 DVD and 2 CD Players. This wonderful room for entertaining opens to a porch across the entire home with furniture and a grill. There is a full bath on this level. Beautifully landscaped property, great views, and 2 garages for your convenience.

Close to the Lakeside Village where all of the amenities are located - indoor/outdoor and wave pools, restaurant, fitness center, tennis, hot tubs, spa and golf. Perfect home for a large group of family and friends or just a few of you!

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
This property does not allow pets.
Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

  I stayed for a week at this property with my extended family (total of 6 adults and 4 kids). The home was beautiful and clean. There were good supplies in the kitchen to allow for cooking in. Some rentals have pool/beach supplies and bikes, which this home did not. However, we could easily get these amenities through the Peninsula. The community's pools, tennis/pickleball courts, cafes, mini golf, and game room were a hit with the kids.

  Everything about our stay was great. We really enjoy all the amenities available at The Peninsula. Great vacation for the kids. The house was perfect. It was very spacious and so clean when we arrived. I would recommend this home to any family.

  The Peninsula was the overall perfect location for our family. I suggest renting the linens, as we did, for the convenience. The amenities such as the outdoor wave pool, indoor pool, nature trail, putt putt course and playground were enjoyed by the grandchildren. The golf course was in perfect condition. The major beaches that we enjoyed were Bethany and Rehobeth which were 30/40 minutes away. Our favorite beach find was the Delaware State Park Oceanside. Very clean and much quieter with a bath house and snack shack. Umbrellas could be rented at all 3 locations which was important to us as the 6 children were in the age range of 8 weeks to 5 years old. There are very few restaurants in the Peninsula area for dinner. The property we stayed in was beautiful and accommodated all our needs except for the appliances. The refrigerator/freezer can’t keep up with the ice needs and the stove was a major problem as it had to be lit with a lighter. The instructions to wait 30 seconds for it to light never worked. The owners and Gallo Realty were made aware and will hopefully repair before the next guests. For us, it was very frustrating. We look forward to returning to the Delaware area in the very near future and working with Christopher at Gallo Realty.
