This home at the end of a cul-de-sac in Broadkill Beach has unbelievable views of Prime Hook Refuge!! With four bedrooms, three full and one half baths, this home will sleep eight. An open living area adjacent to the kitchen and dining is perfect for family and friends to gather after a day on the beach. The screened porch, off of the dining room, will be the spot for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening or maybe the spot for the entire vacation once you see the view! The ground level has a game room with its own TV, Poker table and full bathroom. The laundry is also located on this level. The main level with living also has the Master Bedroom/Bathroom combination plus a half bathroom. The upper floor has the other three bedrooms and one full bathroom. The owner has provided an outdoor horseshoe pit, corn hole boards and other board games for your use.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  Easy to access. 3rd full bathroom is on the ground level and that whole space is in very rough condition. Very unappealing. Main floor is great, very dirty area rugs. Third floor is functional but with so many beds that’s where a third full bath that was not in a dungeon would have been useful. ALL the beds are so squeaky, every time you reposition squeaking is inevitable. One guest complained of springs poking them in one of the queen beds. The house is in a great location, views are lovely, lots of parking, easy walk to the beach, neighborhood was generally quiet.

  House was not clean and poorly equipped. Stove had only two well functioning burners. All pots and pans were old and in poor condition.

  Home was not cleaned before we arrived. Before my 1 yr old granddaughter could be put down, we had to vacuum up piles of dirt and mop the floors on main floor. Game room and bath on ground floor were very dirty and unable to be used. Stairs from ground floor to main floor were filthy and had to be swept so dirt didn’t carry to the main level. Gas grill had to be cleaned before using. Dining room table needs to be replaced: crumbs in cracks in wood; wood top was sticky and unable to get clean- had to buy a tablecloth before using it.; Bedrooms and bathrooms on main & 2nd floors wee adequate. Mattresses and pads should be updated. Separate email detailing issues sent 9/21 to after being notified that Colin no longer worked there. Having to drive to Lewes to pick up/return keys was definitely an inconvenience; keyless entry recommended. We loved the relaxed, quiet area of Broadkill Beach and the ability to bring our pets with us. Having Prime Hook Sanctuary behind us was quite relaxing (except for the flies/bugs).
