Classic Rehoboth Beach Home - 507 King Charles is located on the corner of New Castle and King Charles Avenue. . . just a block to the ocean and boardwalk. This meticulously kept home offers two master bedrooms - one on the first floor and one on the second, spacious screened porch, wireless internet, garage for storage of bikes and beach chairs, outside shower and parking for four cars, plus 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits provided. If you need more space for a large family, why not rent the property right next door --101A and 101B New Castle! Guest pays a cleaning fee of $165 for stays less than 7 days. No Pets, No smoking. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  The first 24 hours were miserable but while the owners had the A/C fixed the next day but made no offer to compensate us for our discomfort.

    Hi Sidney, After we received your call regarding an error message on the thermostat,upon check-in on Saturday afternoon, we immediately alerted the owners, and they went to the property to investigate. The thermostat did, in fact, need to be replaced. The owner was able to arrange for a technician to come out and fix it on Sunday morning, the very next day. In the interim, fans were provided for the floor where the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Considering that this incident occurred on the evening of the fireworks display in Rehoboth Beach, it was unfortunately impossible to secure an AC repairman that same evening. The owner had the air conditioning repaired in less than 24 hours, which was quite an accomplishment on Sunday during the July 4th weekend. The owner of this property consistently goes above and beyond for their guests and maintains the property impeccably. Unfortunately, systems do occasionally malfunction and require emergency service.   This house is in the perfect location very clean and exudes the coastal living vibe. It’s a few streets over from the main boardwalk front but only 1 block from the beach so when walking onto the beach, it is not as crowded which we love. Have stayed here several times! I would love to stay again as we have enjoyed it every time. Screened in porch on the corner is relaxing and perfect. Owner is super nice & responds immediately to answer any questions. All around great experience! I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!!
