CLASSIC REHOBOTH BEACH HOUSE! 901 King Charles is located on King Charles and Rodney Streets, just one short block to the sand, surf and boardwalk. A short walk north and you'll enjoy all that downtown Rehoboth has to offer . . . casual and fine dining restaurants and lovely shops. A couple blocks to the south, you'll enjoy the scenic Silver Lake. Cross the Silver Lake bridge to find yourself in the neighboring town of Dewey Beach. The home itself offers an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and remodeled bathrooms in front house. While away the afternoon reading or watching the world go by on the front enclosed porch! Front house offers four bedrooms and two baths plus all the amenities you need including two washers and two dryers, Wireless Internet, 2 decks, one parking space & 2 city parking permits. The property also offers an optional use, detached cottage room with screened porch, half bath, and an air conditioning unit. Sorry, No Pets or smoking please. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.   We had an amazing time at 901 King Charles Street Rehoboth Delaware! The location was spot on, with the beach and boardwalk just a short stroll away. The house was immaculate, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We loved exploring the area on bikes. However, the bedrooms were a bit cozy, and the fifth bedroom in the back was musty. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

  This was our third time staying at this home. It's location is perfect with a short walk to the beach or boardwalk for those little toddler legs or for the older adults. My mom, who is 101 this past June, comes with us and absolutely loves the front porch with the white wicker furniture to enjoy while listening to her audio books. Don't miss out on this wonderful home.

  We have stayed in this house for a few years now. The size works well for our family size for now (although we may out grow it in the near future). We like that there is a yard, a back deck and a front porch/room with windows that can be open to allow for some fresh air. The downstairs bedroom is quite small but the upstairs ones provide ample space. We do not use the separate back structure as it is pretty musty however it does provide space to store bikes, wagons etc. While the house is older it is maintained well

  We love Rehoboth and have been coming for 40 years. This was our first rental at 901. Other than the dampness in the out back bedroom and the lack of dressers in some bedrooms, everything was great. The large living space and well equipped kitchen were so nice!

  Rental was very clean, neat, no clutter or over done with decor. Spacious for the 5 adults in our family. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Nice closed in frontporch, back deck, yard and second floor balcony.Quiet neighborhood and close to easy 1 block walk to beach and lake. Looking forward to renting this property again!
