Loads of extras like finished ground floor basement area with large TV + a Firestick, a 65" smart TV in the living room, wireless internet, modern kitchen with a spacious, brand new breakfast area . . . and the owner supplies 6 bicycles too! (number & condition not guaranteed.) VRBO USERS: Please note that there is a separate VRBO booking fee paid by the guest. Linens and Travel Insurance OPTIONAL. No Pets. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

  Our vacation rental on kennet Lane was perfect. Loved the location. Just a few minutes drive to Rehoboth beach and boardwalk. Water park nearby, outlets, grocery stores, everything you could possibly need is just a short trip The home is fully equipped, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Highly recommend.

  We had a problem with the downstairs bathroom it would block if we took a shower so we could not use. Liz did come out to look and sent maintenance but nothing after that was done. Overall we love this home have rented for the past 4 years.

  Our families have stayed at this location for 3 or 4 years. It’s a great location to shopping, Rehoboth Ave, the beach, and the biking trail. We love to ride bikes to the beach for the day or bike to Lewes for breakfast. Outlets and grocery stores are within a short drive. The townhouse is on a separate street from the rest of the community so it’s very quiet. Although there is only room for 2 vehicles in front, there is extra parking a few house down or in the main community within a short walk. The basement is very spacious and we actually haven’t fully utilized the space down there. Little ones love the small alcove hideaway on the 2nd floor. There are many comfortable areas to gather and relax and room to eat in the dining room or breakfast nook. The kitchen is small but provides ever you could possibly need for preparing any meal. We’ll be back again!
