Enjoy sipping your favorite drink on the screened porch, sun bathe on the upper deck, cook in the large kitchen which is well equipped, entertain at the bar with refrigerator on the second floor, or relax in the six person Hot Tub in Gazebo made of mahogany with food service counter and stools. Perfect size for larger families with washer and dryer on each floor! This home is located in the quiet residential area known as Country Club Estates. Three off-street parking spaces are available. Enjoy upgraded Xfinity Hi-Speed Internet and HDTV. Pets are welcome with a $300 non-refundable Fee and addendum. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Guests pay $250 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

The neighborhood was quiet, and we were able to enjoy the porches in comfort. State-of-the-art TVs and a large puzzle table added to our experience. Excellent vacation home!

  My family has vacationed in Rehoboth Beach for more than a decade. This was our first stay at 329 Laurel Street. What a perfect beach house for friends, family and our pets! We were close enough to walk to Rehoboth Ave (bonus!!), loved the time spent on the porches, loved the neighborhood! The house had everything you needed. The hot tub was an added bonus! We hope to stay here again next year:)

  The house had everything you could need and then some. There were things we wound up not using, hot tub because it was so hot out and the upstairs washer dryer. But huge bonus when the temp and needs are there.
  
  If the owners wanted to elevate convenience, we love when rental units have a cordless vacuum. Makes daily clean up super easy throughout the week.
  
  Nothing to do with the house itself, rather the cleaning service. The floors need a solid scrubbing. Our kiddos ran around barefoot and had black feet the first day.
