This bright, sun filled house is in a prime location of the Cape Shores community. The layout of the home allows for your guests to congregate together for dinner, games or a late movie as well as affording space for everyone to get away.

The bedrooms, all located on the lower level, feature two with private bathrooms which is perfect for two family units. The living area, all on the upper floor, is wide open with space for everyone. The house also a large screened porch, an equally large covered porch and a few extra balconies. All of this adds up to a great property for your vacation!

Take a calm dip in the bay or take a walk on the wild side and visit Cape Henlopen State Park for a wild wave ride in the Atlantic ocean. If you prefer, the community pool is always a great spot to cool off.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not accept pets.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

    Loved our stay. The open living space on the top floor gets tons of light and the enclosed porch is lovely. We have stayed in this lovely home before. Appreciate the update to the bedrooms on the bottom floor! A couple of suggestions: upgrade kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Also - reminder to guests to bring amenities like hand soap, toilet paper and paper towel for first day.

    3 Lighthouse Way was a peaceful well situated vacation house. The bay nearby and Henlopen State Park provided many summer fun activities. The brightness and spaciousness of the house set a cheeriness scene. As a senior person the steps were a challenge.

    This is the second time we have rented through Berkshire Hathaway for our vacation in Lewes, DE. It was an easy process with the help of Chris Rourke. He answered all our questions promptly and was very patient with our limited computer skills.
