1 WEEK LEFT IN JULY - GREAT RATE TOO! OCEAN BLOCK, cute and nicely decorated condo is located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, on the corner of Maryland Avenue and First Street. Park your car for the week and walk to everything Rehoboth has to offer. Offers 2BR,2 BA, one parking space plus 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit,2 TVs and Wifi. Its a great value too. Sorry, no pets permitted. Sorry no washer/dryer.
Guest pays a $110 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.   Liz was wonderful to work with as usual. Hadn’t rented this particular unit in a couple years and am not a fan of the new “air conditioner units “ in the bedrooms. We follow instructions to the t “ who wants to do chores after renting a property?” Bought floor fans and neither bedroom was as cool as the living room all week. Will definitely play a large roll in my decision to rent this property in the future.

  This property is in the perfect location for Rehoboth Beach as you can easily walk everywhere. We parked our car and never moved it until we left for home. The unit itself was very clean, nicely furnished and had very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

  Super close to the beach! More than enough cookware and the bathrooms had plenty of storage. The lounge chairs outside were a nice place to have morning coffee. Note that there is no washer/dryer in the unit, and the bath tub is just a regular bath tub. Management company is very responsive.

  Enjoyed 2 weeks in Rehoboth Beach. We had people above us that must have worked until 10PM because they were extremely noisy. The air conditioner in the first bedroom took up too much space on the floor as opposed to a window model. One of The ceiling fans didn't work in the second bedroom. No outdoor space to sit and drink coffee.

  Rehoboth traffic was terrible. Air conditioners were noisy, had to turn off to sleep. No outdoor hose to clean sand from beach. Only plus was location, walk to beach and food.
