Perfect modern coastal retreat! This four-bedroom, two bath home is situated on Midland Avenue, a very desirable Lewes Beach location rendering it the closest street to the Dairy Queen, East of Maui, downtown historic Lewes, and Cape Henlopen State Park with trails and access to the ocean.

Enter into carefully curated serenity with a neutral color pallet and warm wood tones setting the stage for an unforgettable vacation getaway. The foyer opens to a cozy living room with ample seating space. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with high-end appliances, a coffee station and countertop seating plus the adjacent dining room for meals or game night.

There is a Queen bedroom on the first level and three more bedrooms on the second floor; one Queen bed, one with two twin beds and one with a Queen bed plus a Queen sofa bed.

Take advantage of the updated outdoor living space off the back of the house complete with a large cement pad and privacy wood fencing and lattice. Relax on the comfy outdoor furnishings including sofas and chaise lounges. Also featured is an outdoor shower, off street parking for two cars and private areas for storing kayaks, bikes, or SUPs. It is a short walk to Lewes Beach.

Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Friday to Friday rental.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

    The base price is $350 per night, however when you add the fees for 1 dog, cleaning, taxes works out to about $575 per night. The full rate is not given until you pay right before the stay. Any deposit is non-refundable.

    The property is very nice. Great TV choices and the Dairy Queen is just around the corner.

    The deck is nice but not usable due to tons of black flies and mosquitos. I sat outside for 10 minutes and my legs were bitten badly.

    Overall nice but for the price probably would choose a condo with a pool.

    We've stayed at this same house multiple times throughout the years and so already like the location and the ability to bring our dog. We were so excited about all of the renovations! The kitchen and dining area are beautiful! The additional shower in the downstairs bathroom is also extremely helpful. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and the oven in the kitchen is spectacular for both cooking and baking. Overall, this is a great property and we hope to continue to rent here for our beach vacation!
