OCEAN VIEWS & COMMUNITY POOL . . . STEPS TO THE SAND AND BOARDWALK. Mariner's Court is located in the ocean block between Laurel and Hickman Streets in South Rehoboth. This one-level unit is accessible by elevator or stairs and offers a large covered balcony, wireless internet, two TVs, in-unit washer and dryer, and shared community charcoal grills. Two assigned parking spaces with a 6 foot 5 inch height limit and 2 Rehoboth Beach permits. Available for full weeks in the summer as well as off-season weeks and weekends. Guests pay a $150.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. No pets or smoking please.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  This summer’s beach vacation was everything I hoped for—sun, sand, and plenty of time with family. Perfect place to come together! Great rental! From long walks by the water and evenings full of laughter, to fun adventures with the kids and shared meals that always seemed to taste better near the ocean, it was the perfect mix of relaxation and memory-making.     Thank you for taking the time to review. The beds were changed last year, so I am sorry you find them uncomfortable. I had our handyman check the front windows and shades and they do indeed open, just have to make sure they are unlocked and and then crank them open or closed. Regarding the blinds, these are new also. They do not have pull cords, you just lift them up from the bottom and pull them down from the top to operate them.

  The big plus here is the location and decent view of the ocean. It is also nice that they have a pool if you don’t want to hit the beach. This unit has what you need but it is very basic and dated. The price is also getting to be too much.

  Our 5th year at 105 Mariners Court. We love the location. Our agent, Kim Rebman is always very helpful. We liked the new carpet. Some of the furnishings are showing their age, looking a little tired.

  This was our second year at this property. Hard to beat the location. We didn't use our vehicle the whole week. It's nice to have the pool in case you don't feel like lugging everything to the beach. Place could use a little updating but otherwise it is a nice place to stay.

  From Check-in to Check-out the process was flawless. The proximity of this condo to the beach and town was excellent. Parked on Saturday afternoon and didn't need my vehicle until we left. Totally relaxing stay at a very nice condo.

  A functionally well laid out 3 BR condo, second property to beach w/a small side view of ocean. Upon entering, there was a general damp musty smell
  & 2 LR chairs felt damp when you sat down. Even carpet seemed slightly damp ish.Perhaps it had been unused/shut up up for a few weeks...unsure. It helped to open the 2 sliders to help get some fresh air throughout for a few days when the weather was cool & breezy Otherwise, it was fine. Gladly none in our group had allergies. Some lack of communication w/parking.

  Building is great and outdoor patio was nice, but place needs some updating. Kitchen was disappointing with a rusty sink drain, countertop with tears and way too old for the price. Chairs in living room we're so stained, I didn't let kids sit on them. Nonslip rug on tub had brown spots and looked moldy, didn't even use for kids. Couches weren't the cleanest either. It's also a tough squeeze because there is no where to put all your daily belongings unless no one uses the 3rd bedroom, but would make do with location if the place was improved.
