Large single family home in The Peninsula has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Open floor plan on the main level as well as two bedrooms. Two additional bedrooms are on the second floor.

A wonderful screened porch is on the rear of the property.

The Peninsula community features many high end enticements including a world class Jack Nicklaus signature 18 hole golf course and practice range, 8 outdoor lighted tennis courts, a family wave pool, adult infinity pool, large athletic fitness center featuring a heated Olympic sized pool, whirlpool, work out area and weight equipment.. There are plenty of jogging and walking paths, a nature facility with kayaking, fishing pier, and its own mini beach area along the Bay. Additionally the Peninsula has its own full court outdoor basketball court, and a sand volleyball court and each of these is located adjacent to the Terrace Grill which offers exceptional lunch and dinner dining options. You can enjoy your entire beach vacation without ever having to leave the resort or make the short drive to either Lewes or Rehoboth Beach should you choose. A stay here will be a dream vacation for you and your entire family.

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property does not allow pets

Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  Home was beautiful and very comfortable. The Peninsula has a lot of great amenities for guests of all ages. Traffic back and forth to beach seemed heavier than years past, but overall a very nice vacation getaway.

  This house is obviously for rental purposes only. Kitchen items were limited, 3 knives in the house for 10 people, that sort of thing. Minimal decor and furniture. The previous renter had crabs and left them in the garage so our first day there were flies everywhere and all qeek we were killing flies. I don't think the cleaning crew did a good job overall cleaning the house before we arrived. Location was great, short walk to the clubhouse. With 3 kids, I would have preferred all bed rooms upstairs. It was two and two. Made it hard with two toddlers at night. Overall it's a nice house to rent and I would recommend it.
