Welcome to this beautifully restored late 1800s beach home in Lewes, originally situated right on the beach, where historic charm meets modern, upscale comfort. Ideally situated just two blocks from Lewes Beach and a short stroll to downtown's historic district, this spacious coastal retreat offers the perfect balance of seaside relaxation and town convenience for families and groups alike.

Step inside to discover an inviting, sunlit interior featuring high-end finishes and plenty of room for everyone to gather. The heart of the home is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that seamlessly opens into a large dining area, ideal for sharing home-cooked seafood dinners or slow morning breakfasts before hitting the sand.

Designed with comfort in mind, the multi-story layout comfortably accommodates guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, including a convenient first-floor primary suite. Up on the third floor, a bonus playroom serves as the ultimate hang-out space for kids and teens, while central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer keep every day of your stay feeling relaxed and effortless.

Outdoor living is just as delightful, featuring a covered porch, gas grill, and a private back deck for evening dining under the stars. Complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach and pet-friendly accommodations for your four-legged companions.

Sheets and Towels are included.

Dog friendly 35 pounds or less with non-refundable fee and signed addendum.

Owner will do minimum 2 night stays in the off season

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
