Wireless Internet available, three assigned parking spaces, 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits supplied, and pets allowed (fee required). This unit also offers a wheelchair accessible elevator with access to the first and second levels and a roll-in shower in the bathroom on the second level.
Guests pay $210 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
