Quintessential Rehoboth "Beach House" is located on the corner of First and Maryland in the ocean block. When you're not at the beach, shopping, biking or dining in one of the many restaurants that are steps away, you'll enjoy relaxing on the screened porch. Home is spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and CAC on the first floor and a large open "dorm" area with a balcony and a half bath on the second floor, updates include: new queen mattresses, new air conditioning unit for 2nd floor, new living room TV and new beachy window treatments! So many reasons to love this home: Wireless Internet, outside shower, perfect location in the heart of Rehoboth, Parking for 5 cars, porches and decks, and of course, spacious, bright and very clean. No smoking or pets please.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  We absolutely love the location of this charming beach house. It is a short walk to the beach and also minutes from Rehoboth Avenue. We feel so welcome here with all the inviting features in the house. The upstairs is just perfect for the grandchildren and everyone loves sitting on the front porch anytime of the day. This house makes you feel comfortable and is a perfect house for a beach vacation.

  This spotless house with a fabulous location and great layout for large families cannot be beat. We just loved our stay here and the owner has lots of homey touches. It's a quick walk to the beach on a beautiful street and close to many stores and restaurants. At the end of the evening we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and relaxing. We highly recommend this rental house in Rehoboth Beach.

  Had a great first experience with a Berkshire Hathaway rental. House was exactly as described on the website. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and all the staff members we talked to were friendly and professional. House itself was close to the beach and we were able to walk to everything of interest in Rehoboth.
  We took advantage of the linen service, which was worth every penny.
  Would definitely rent another property from Berkshire Hathaway again!

  This was a great place for 2 families with kids. All the kids were upstairs in the loft. After arriving and getting groceries, we didn't use our cars once the whole week as everything is in walking distance. I wouldn't mind some updating on some features of the home (locking doors, a shower in the shared bathroom, more comfortable seating on the screened porch) but all in all, a great place.

  We've been staying at 28 Maryland for many years and love it! The house is great for multiple families with kids (they love the open floor plan second floor and porch). The interior is original, but full of beach house charm. It's close to the beach, boardwalk, and all the local downtown shops and attractions. Great vacation!

  I absolutely love this house. I brought 8 kids with me for this trip and we were all comfortable with plenty of space. The upstairs loft is the kid zone. They have their own deck, tv, bathroom and place to make a mess. The dining room table is almost big enough for all of us. The outdoor shower is amazing. Best thing about this house though, is the location. Park your car when you arrive and don't drive again for a week. Walk to everything. I was sad to see Lingo's grocery out of business as that was our go to spot for morning pastries and last minute items.
