Your perfect beach getaway! This bright and cheerful two bedroom, one bath, second floor apartment with enclosed porch is literally steps to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, shops and more. Comfortably furnished with wireless internet and smart TV and it's pet friendly with a minimum $150 pet fee. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Have a bigger party? Ask your agent about also booking 43C Maryland downstairs! Gas Grill and outdoor space is shared with guests in condominium unit downstairs. There is one off-street parking space and the owners provide two Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for guests to use, at no additional cost. Please note there is NO Washer & Dryer.
Guests staying less than 7 nights pay an $90 cleaning fee. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  Overall, it was great. Everything worked, the location is terrific. The off street parking was very much appreciated. The manifold that redirects the air coming out from the ceiling vent away from the faces of the people sleeping is genius. I've locked that solution in my mind for future use.
  
  It's small and cute, but you don't need much when it's just two people and a dog. Being pet friendly was also huge for us.
  
  The shower is small. It needs a new seal at the bottom, water exfiltrates a bit, that's an easy fix. The lack of a shelf in the shower means constantly bending over to get what you need. There's enough space to put a shelf up high and under the shower head. If you're a bigger person, you'll be extremely annoyed by this shower.

  We stayed in this upper cottage for four nights and the location cannot be beat! Easy access to anything that we need. The cottage is a bit small but was fine for our needs. I did find it a little odd that we need to rent sheets and towels which was a first for me. Seems like at that price it should be included but maybe this is a new trend. The description also indicated that there was dedicated parking but it appears to be a shared tandem spot with the downstairs unit - that we didn’t have any issues. The office staff was very communicative and instructions were extremely clear. We would definitely stay there again!

  Steps from the beach as well as great restaurants. Easy drive (or bike ride) to Cape Henlopen State Park and a beautiful walk around Gordons Pond. Communication and cleanliness were terrific!
