Enter the home and you are welcomed with an open floor plan with comfortable furnishings, a large dining room table for family meals or playing cards, open kitchen area with everything you need! There are two bedrooms on the main level - one has a queen sized bed and TV and the other one has two twin beds and a TV. There is a full bath in between the two bedrooms that offers a large shower. Walk up one flight of steps to the second floor which offers two more spacious bedrooms. One has a queen sized bed with TV and the other has two twin beds with two twin trundles and a TV. There is a full bath in between the bedrooms that offers a large tub plus a separate shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the well furnished screened porch. There is also a hot and cold enclosed outside shower for rinsing off upon your return from the beach. This home is very popular and weeks won't last long! Guest pays $170.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. No Pets or Smoking Please.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  We are repeat renters of this perfectly appointed cottage close to the Avenue, shops, restaurants and the beach. We cook, read on the porch, and walk literally everywhere. Works great for adults as well as families - we’ve done both! It’s very clean and FedPenn staff/maintenance are friendly and responsive. Sunny Bay Cafe is a very short walk and excellent for breakfast/lunch, and there are excellent restaurants close by - although we also enjoy cooking in the open main floor after walking to the farmers market to create an unplanned evening meal...

  A quiet street, especially in June, with a sweet front porch to entice you outside to have morning coffee, do a little reading, or to simply relax and listen to the goings on. A close walk to the Farmers Mkt on Tuesdays, shops downtown on Rehoboth Ave or the beach and boardwalk. Very spacious and comfortable inside. Outdoor shower was delightful!

  We have spent 10+ years coming to Rehoboth Beach and this house was one of our favorites, when traveling with just one other family. A BR each for the parents and a BR each for the kids. The house must have been recently renovated b/c both bathrooms were immaculate and the open floorplan on main level (kitchen/dining/great room) were just spot on and so easy for both our families to hang out with enough space for all. We have teenagers so the "longer walk" to the beach was not an issue- plus the house is closer to all the bars/shopping/restaurants along Rehoboth Ave!! A plus for the adults, for sure! Great house and had ZERO issues during our stay!!!
