In the second ocean block, 101B New Castle is an impeccably maintained, adorable 2nd fl. garage apartment with large screen porch, two bedrooms, one full bath, kitchen and living area . . . this vacation rental is perfect for a small family! Enjoy central air conditioning, stack washer and dryer, WiFi and Smart TV. All in just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and the wonderful shops and restaurants in downtown Rehoboth. Bonus: 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit will be supplied for street parking as the main house has access to the driveway. If you need more space, why not rent the front house, 101A New Castle, or the house right next door, 507 King Charles Avenue. The garage is used for owner storage only. No Pets or Smoking please.
Guest pays a $105 cleaning fee when staying less than 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  The rental unit was very clean and in close proximity to everything. We particularly loved the balcony. My family of 4 was comfortable despite the small space.
  
  The only slight negative to the experience was that one of the beds appeared to be a full-size mattress as opposed to a Queen, as advertised. It was very tight.

  This 2nd-floor rental was just a block from the boardwalk and a 10 minute walk to Rehoboth Avenue restaurants and stores. It has a spacious porch with sliding vinyl windows (not heated or air-conditioned) that feels like being in a treehouse. The conditioned living space was great for one or two people. More than that would be tight. Set at the back of a long driveway and quiet. Spotless and well-furnished.

  Just as described and pictured, the apartment is very clean and pleasantly laid out. We loved the porch. Just a block from the ocean and a short walk to Rehoboth Ave. It's small, but it was great for my husband and me and a friend who stayed one night.

  Clean apartment eating table on porch no dishwasher and since I am a little compulsive I washed dishes before use. Can not beat the location. Walked everywhere. Little hard getting around house parked cars as not parked on same side of driveway! Would definitely rent those again

  It was a great stay as usual, love the apartment, didn’t have a vacuum and the owner brought one over right away.
  One small complaint would be when the cars park in the driveway for the house it made it difficult to walk around with kids and all the beach stuff.
  Other than that enjoying always staying at this apartment for the location.

  Our vacation rental at 101B New Castle Street was very satisfactory. The location to the beach is within the beach block. The rental unit was very clean and provided enough space for 4 people. We had 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The unit has a nice screened in porch with provides shade and space to relax in the morning or in the evening after a day at the beach. The unit provides a clean grill, a washer and dryer and a walk in shower. The listing does not state access to an outdoor shower or a water source to wash off sand after coming from the beach so I would recommend double checking this with the owner or rental agent. South Rehoboth is a nice, quiet place to rent for families or adults and is really very walkable to the boardwalk for "louder" entertainment.

  This is the third time that we've used this rental location. My wife and two young kids stay here and it is absolutely perfect for what we need. There is a small kitchenette which takes care of all of our food needs, and we have access to everything we could need in terms of cooking appliances and a grill. The outdoor space is ample for dining, lounging, and playing. Maurice, the property owner, lives nearby and normally checks in once or twice to make sure we have everything we need. This past week we recognized that there was new hardwood floors on the deck as well as new furniture which was a significant upgrade as well.
  
  We also love this venue for its location. We are a block from the beach. We are close to the main boardwalk area for treats and fun for our kids, and far enough away that the beaches are never overly crowded. We had family staying on Maryland Avenue and by the end of our week, they were coming down to our beach because it was preferred.
  
  If you're looking for a place that has everything you need at the right price point, I wouldn't look further.

  101B New Castle is small, but it is super clean, has an AWESOME screened-in porch, an is close enough to the beach and Rehoboth Avenue that you can park your car and walk almost anywhere you wish to go!
