Dine in the lovely dining area or the spacious screened porch which overlooks the yard and the heated, in-ground, salt-water pool. If you happen to have a rainy day while on vacation, no worries . . . you can still binge-watch your shows! There are "Smart" TVs in the living room and ALL the bedrooms. ( LR and MBR have cable TV also.) Work from home comfortably at the master bedroom standup desk or in the upstairs hallway office nook furnished with large desk, computer monitor, wireless printer and paper shredder. Play music in the living room and outside patio/pool area with the Sonos wireless surround sound system. You'll find board games and puzzles for guests of all ages. Features to note: Bed sizes: 1st Fl Master has King bed, 2nd Fl Master has King bed, 2nd Fl BR 3 has King bed, 2nd Fl BR 4 has 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed; 2 off-street parking spaces, 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits supplied, comfortable, quality furnishings and beds, plus so many wonderful upgrades, which will make your stay at the beach the best it can be! BONUS: This luxury home comes with bed linens and towels, and they are priced affordably at $266 per week, plus all beds are MADE for you upon arrival. (Sorry, no beach towels.) NO pets or smoking.
Guests pay a $230 cleaning fee for all stays. Paper products and personal hygiene products are not included.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Bed Linens and Bath/Personal Towels are included for $260 fee.

  This was perfect for our family. The home is spacious and we found it to be clean and comfortable. The pool was the perfect size for us. We only wished there was more sun exposure. Due to the tree growth and overhang the pool got no sunshine. The house is located within a few minutes of everything, but in a quiet location.

  A contemporary spacious home with wonderful amenities. Kitchen had everything needed. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage and comfy beds. Having the pool and screened in porch was perfect for everyone in the family. Location was outstanding and having the driveway spaces as well as the two parking passes made it easy to navigate the days activities.
