OCEAN BLOCK! Just walk down the street and cross Surf Avenue and you are at the beach. Just a short walk to the northern end of the boardwalk, this two story home has it all! Enclosed porch on the front to relax and read a book, open living room with a smart tv, and an additional seating area, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances, dishwasher and microwave. The bedrooms are spacious and offer three master suites with private baths and king sized beds. The other two bedrooms offer one queen and 2 twins. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Wireless internet, outside shower, driveway for four cars and 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit is supplied too!
Guests pay a $175 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  We have stayed at 25 Oak Ave many times for a number of reasons. Most important is being able to walk to the beach which is less than one block away. The house has 5 bedrooms which is ideal for our family. The main floor is large enough to host gatherings for extended family who live in Delaware.

  This is our 5th year in 25 Oak Avenue. We love the area-a very good part of the beach and walking to restaurants. The cleaning crew does a great job. Not one spec of sand anywhere. The bathrooms look and smell very clean. I expecially like the pine floors and the woodwork. The 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths fit our families well. Also the gas grill is a treat.

  This is our 4th year in 25 Oak. We meet as a family and the size and number of baths is perfect. The location is an easy walk to restaurants and also to the beach. We previously rented nearby from Lingo and the house never seemed clean. This house is so clean and well maintained. We will be back next year.
